Guangdong-Based UHPC / LUHPC Dry-Mix & Prefab Component Specialist
Guangdong BridgeTech Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete) and LUHPC (Lightweight UHPC) R&D and production. Production base is located in Shijiao Town, Fogang County, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province. The company has factory premix production capability (including uniform steel fiber dispersion) and high-strength prefab component mass production capacity. Product range covers standard, high-strength, early-strength, shotcrete, lightweight high-strength and other UHPC formulations to meet bridge, building, reinforcement and other application needs.
Factory pre-mixed with steel fibers (copper-plated/high-strength steel fibers uniformly dispersed, no clumping). Just add water and mix on site. No on-site batching required.
| Type | Compressive Strength | Tensile Strength | Key Features |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard UHPC | 100–230 MPa | 8–12 MPa (axial) | High strain hardening, peak tensile strain >3000με |
| Coarse Aggregate UHPC | 100–200 MPa | 6–8 MPa (axial) | Low cost, low shrinkage, suitable for wet joints |
| Lightweight LUHPC | 80–120 MPa | — | Density 1400–2100 kg/m³, long-span bridge decks |
| Ultra Early-Strength UHPC | 1h >30 MPa / 2h >40 MPa | — | Fast repair, reaches load-bearing in 1-2 hours |
| Early-Strength UHPC | 20h >60 MPa | — | No steam cure, fast formwork removal, setting time 6-9h adjustable |
| Shotcrete UHPC | 28d >90 MPa | — | Pump/shotcrete, marine environment pier reinforcement |
| White/Colored UHPC | 28d >80 MPa | — | Mirror finish, curtain walls/landscape modeling |
Maintains UHPC's high-strength advantages while significantly reducing self-weight. Designed for weight-reducing structures and long-span bridge decks.
The company has an independent R&D system covering UHPC material R&D, formulation design, component manufacturing, and construction process. Based on the Guangdong BridgeTech UHPC Material R&D and Application Reports (Parts 1-3), the following core technology directions have been formed:
